Breathe Easy

No matter what kind of woodworker you are, intense, or just casual, you HAVE to take care of your lungs. You damage yourself and shorten your quality of life by breathing wood dust. It is an accumulative process. You may feel fine today and tomorrow and many tomorrows after that. But when you reach a certain level of lung damage, there is no going back.

Carole Rothman is the author of several books. (Several that this webmaster has) She is an amazing woman and this is an important video on how to handle dust in the workshop.
